Bengaluru: Charu Sharma has been appointed as the new auctioneer for the rest of the auction process on day one of the IPL 2022 mega auction here on Saturday. IPL auctioneer Hugh Edmeades had collapsed mid-way through the mega IPL auction which is underway. He collapsed while listing Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga for the bid.
