Mumbai: Talented actor Ashutosh Rana was baffled when Facebook removed his Shiv Tandav recitation video that he had put up on the occasion of Shivratri and was well received by his friends and admirers. “Am amazed. Facebook @meta has removed my Shiv Tandav video from my FB timeline! Why did @metaindia do this? “There is no issue of copyright in it. There is no case of violation, nor was it against the rules of FB.” He posted on Twitter, tagging @MetaNewsroom and @facebookapp. Ashutosh has collaborated with lyricist-poet Aalok Shrivastav for the Shiva Tandava Stotra. The Strota was translated from Sanskrit to Hindi. Ashutosh put a lot of expression into his recitation of the Shiv Tandav stotra. Earlier, talking about his collaboration with Aalok Shrivastav for the Shiva Tandava Stotra, Ashutosh said, “Since long time I’d this wish of translating these Shiv Tandava Stotras in an easy language to make it understandable for the people. So when I came up with this idea, Aalok appreciated me and took it up with excitement. I’m happy to say that with the blessings of Lord Shiva, he translated the shlokas beautifully and executed the whole thing very effortlessly.” UNI ANV RN
