Jammu, April 2: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday handed over an appointment letter under the J&K Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme 2022 to Smt. Alka Sharma, wife of martyr Sub-Inspector Deepak Sharma.
The Lieutenant Governor assured all possible assistance and continued support to the bereaved family during this difficult time.
Sub-Inspector Deepak Sharma of Jammu and Kashmir Police laid down his life in the line of duty in 2024 while bravely confronting and neutralizing a most-wanted gangster in Kathua.
His supreme sacrifice and dedication to duty are remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
