Aijaz baba / Ganderbal / 23 September, 2025: The much awaited launch ceremony of Ground Reality Magazine was held today at Townhall Ganderbal, marking a significant milestone in the local media landscape. The event witnessed an impressive gathering of dignitaries, social activists and members of the press fraternity. Motivational speaker Bilal Bhat skillfully handled the anchoring of the programme.
The occasion was graced by the distinguished presence of DYSP Traffic Ganderbal Gulzar Ahmad SHO Ganderbal Mr Sajad Asad SHO Kheerbawani, Gulzar Ahmad, Mr. Fayaz Qureshi, Ms Saima Tabasum, social political activist Farooq Ganderbali, social activist Muzamil Mehmood, Mr Kawa Kaiser , Yasir Ganderbali And president of Ganderbal press Association Ayaz sofi among several other eminent personalities
The guests lauded the efforts of Mr Ajaz Tantary Owner and Editor in chief of Ground Reality Magazine, for his unwavering commitment to promote truth and transparency in journalism . They commended the magazine ‘s mission to bridge the gap between governance and the governed by highlighting ground level issues with authenticity and responsibility
Speaking on the occasion, social and political activist Mr. Farooq Ganderbali hailed Mr Ajaz Tantary’s as one of the most dedicated and promising journalists of Ganderbal, who continue to work with remarkable enthusiasm and integrity
In his adress Editor in chief Mr Ajaz Tantary reaffirmed his dedication to ethical journalism, emphasising that Ground Reality will remain a platform to amplify public grievances ,showcase developmental objectivity. He further stated that the magazine aims to represent the voice of the people, focusing on truth , accountability and constructive discourse
During the event journalist Suhail Maqbool felicitated Mr Ajaz Tantary as a gesture of love and appreciation for his contribution to the field of journalism and launching a new magazine. The Felicitation symbolised encouragement to Journalists like Ajaz Tantary striving to uphold media ethics and social responsibility.
