Deputy Commissioner encouraged the young degree holder journalists to create bylaws and establish an association, recognizing the power of unity in achieving their goals in this Central Kashmir,s District.

The journalists, both young and experienced, assured Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal of their complete support in the development of District Ganderbal, Together, they aim to bring positive change and progress at Ground zero ,it is pertinent to mention here that Journalist should be honest, fair and courageous in gathering, reporting and interpreting information as social media have create choose among masses due to un professional Journalism in Entire Valley.

Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal also encouraged the journalists to Come up with ethical,meaningful workshops,Seminars from time to time So that Journalists holding Degree of Mass Communication Make certain that headlines, news digits and promotional material, photos, video, audio, graphics, sound bites and quotations do not misrepresent,They should not oversimplify or highlight incidents out of context.

Ganderbal administration acknowledged the significant impact and development that the young journalists’ contributions and professionalism can bring Change in District.

Deputy Commissioner said, Clarify and explain news coverage and invite dialogue with the public over journalistic conduct
and show compassion for those who may be affected adversely by news coverage, Use special sensitivity when dealing such news sources.

Deputy Commissioner further said, The safety and security of the journalists and the media personnel is our priority.

During intractive session
Young Journalist Zamin Peerzada said that we are welcoming the steps taken by the district administration and journalism will work for the development of the district, we all will benefit the people through ethical journalism,we are looking forward for the betterment of the society.

Highlighting ethical values, Journalist Syed Nazakat Khaleefa said journalists are working as a bridge between people and the administration, People are happy with the development work of the district administration and we will take notice of the public legal demands at all Stages.

Professional Journalists extend heartfelt gratitude to Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Mr. Shayambir (IAS), for his valuable time and for organizing an interactive meeting with the young degree holding journalists of District Ganderbal.
