Srinagar : A fire has broken out in a shopping complex in Regal Lane of Lal Chowk area in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, official sources said.
They told GNS that a fire broke out in a two-storeyed shopping complex around 10:30 AM.
“The F&ES Department was intimated which reached the site to douse off the flames”, they said adding during the rescue operation a firefighter and a civilian were Injured.
When contacted, a F&ES Department official confirmed to GNS about the injury to its firefighter namely Gulzar Ahmad and the civilian during the rescue operation. “The fire is largely under control”, the official further said. (GNS)
