SRINAGAR: Social worker Syed Aijaz Kashani alongwith Shah e kidmat Trust and NGO Saaya and Jasmine welfare Trust Served water and Distributed free Masks to Mourners at Zadibal on 10th Muharram.The camp was organised by the Saaya NGO in collaboration with Shah e kidmat Trust and Jasmine welfare NGO. In a statement issued here, Syed Aijaz Kashani social worker Shah Faisal chairman Shah e Kidmat Trust, Advocate Naveed Buktiyar and Advocate khawaja Husnain The Founding Members of NGO Saaya The shadow of hope said that it is an honour to be here today and participate with the mourners who commemorate the events of Karbala in which Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.a) along with his kith and kin were martyred.
“This day is a commemoration of what befell on the 10th of Muharram and how Imam Hussain r.a raised the flag of truth, equality and peace against a tyrant force. His noble sacrifice has been and shall always remain a beacon for those who wish to see how truthful and pious servants of God are remembered even centuries after but those who are arrogant have no one in their legacy,” Syed Aijaz Kashani Added. Qaiser Ahmad khant ,Sahil Rafique, Amir Abdullah and other volunteers also participated.
