Anantnag 16 February: An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was triggered off in Bijbehera area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday morning.
Officials said that suspected militants triggered off a low intensity IED in the Pazalpora area of Bijbehera, which resulted in severe damage to nearby vehicles.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
The IED, as per official, was kept in a tipper truck which blasted this morning and following which the forces sealed the whole area to track down the suspects involved in the incident. (KNB)
