Srinagar, June 24: Budgam man (52) Ghulam Hassan Wani, Son of Mohammad Abdullah wani, a resident of Wathoora Budgam, who went missing on 8th of May last Month, earlier as According to family the man who on early Morning of 8th May, went as usual outside of his home carrying dustbin to dump alongside the river along with a fishing rod
As per the family he didn’t return on that day, the incident took place early 7:00 AM in morning at Wathoora locality of Central Kashmir’s Budgam District last month
The family members fear that the man may have drowned in the Doodgangha river while fishing, as “footfrints” like marks were found visible at the spot site as well as fishing rod was also found near the incident site.
Administration last month also took the help of SDRF team as well as locals from several areas along with concern police Station joined the search operation, but the teams was not able to locate the deceased dead body from the river.
A Police official confirmed the recovery of dead body to Kashmir Essence and said that the body was identified and it is the same person who went missing last Month.
